We Produce pure wool & wool blend sweaters from high grade wool top and 19 micron. We do machine washable treatment on woolen fiber for soft hand feel. we are very strong in 100%Lambswool, 80%Lambswool/20%Nylon, 100%boiled wool, 100%merino wool (mulesing free), 50%Cotton/50%Wool, 80%Wool/ 20%Cashmere , 50%Wool/50%Acrylic and various top dyed wool blend sweaters.
We use SHANKAR-6 long length fiber 100% combed cotton from top Indian spinners and top dyed melange from BROS China. All our cotton is 100% BCI cotton. We also use Pima cotton, Australian cotton, cotton/silk, cotton/cashmere, cotton/acrylic, cotton slub.
We also use 100% compact cotton, mercerized cotton, Gas burn cotton, high twist cotton etc. We do different twisting on yarn. We use different TPI. We also do ECO FRESH cotton yarn. Our cotton pilling grade 3-4.We use various cotton blended yarn like cotton/viscose, cotton/modal, cotton/tencel, cotton/polyester, cotton/linen etc.
We use a lot of cotton/nylon & cotton/nylon/elastane quality.
We use different kind of blended yarn both top dyed and yarn dyed. We source yarn from China, Taiwan, Korea, Italy etc. We use a lot of acrylic/nylon, acrylic/wool/nylon/elasthan, acrylic/nylon/mohair/wool, cotton/nylon/wool, pigtail cotton, neps yarn, different type of tape and tube yarn, space dyed yarn, etc.
